Use of Site

This site may currently only be used as a shopping resource or to conduct online communications. You may not distribute or commercially exploit the site or any part of its content (whether by reproduction, retransmission, dissemination, sale, broadcast, circulation, republication, amendment, re-delivery using “framing” or similar technology or otherwise). Any use of the online communication features of this site may only be used for lawful purposes and you may not post or transmit any material which is objectionable (whether harmful, threatening or otherwise). MOH-JO reserves the right (but without the obligation or liability) to prohibit or remove any such material.

Titles of Products, Documents and Fees to Import

All titles of products will be passed to the customer when the order is dispatched by MOH-JO. The products will be delivered according to the customer’s instructions.

For some international shipments, you may be required to pay Customs and duties, obtain certain licenses or apply for registration of your purchased products in your own country to receive delivery of your package. The Customs charge and/or import regulation is determined absolutely by the Government of your country, and as such MOH-JO has no control over those costs or regulations. MOH-JO will not pay, nor be held responsible for, such costs or arrange for application of import licenses. Please check your local regulatory requirements before confirming your order.

By continuing with your order, you agree to be responsible for any Customs or duties incurred as a result of your country’s Customs and duties regulations as well as obtaining any import registration required for the products you are purchasing.

If the package is rejected by the Customs of your home country or otherwise, and returned to MOH-JO, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, if applicable, based on your country’s regulations.

Re-sale Purpose is Not Permitted

All products sold on www.moh-jo.com are for the customer’s use only and shall not be commercially resold. MOH-JO may refuse any purchasing order which it suspects is for commercial re-sale.

Contract

When an order is placed with MOH-JO we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received. However, this order only construes your offer to purchase a product from us. This offer is only formally accepted by MOH-JO when we send you an email confirmation to inform you that your order has been dispatched by our chosen agent. This email will contain a tracking/order reference number and is also known as the Dispatch Confirmation Email. Any orders which have not received a tracking/order reference number by a Dispatch Confirmation Email will not construe a contract.

Order

We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our conditions of sale, having read them. All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are additional to your statutory rights.

MOH-JO agrees to supply, and you agree to purchase, goods subject to these terms and conditions, which shall supersede any terms and conditions on any purchase order or document that you submit to MOH-JO. All goods remain the property of MOH-JO Limited until full and final payment has been received. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR.
